Re: US Oil put off limits by Dems

What you have to believe to support keeping 85% of US oil off-limits by
choice is that the same people, technology, and companies that provide us
with US oil will take longer to produce more oil than the time it will take
to essentially invent new sources of energy, install the distribution
network, and then replace current vehicle with new vehicles. You also have
to believe that the commie-libs will be accepting of vast farms of wind
turbines, solar cells, and high-tension powerlines, etc. even though their
history is one of opposition to projects that are larger than simple,
isolated, experimental demonstration projects far from where they live. If
you try to install an alternative and green eneryg project in the midst of
the commie-libs, well that's just not acceptable. See the Cape Winds
project for example.
