Do companies count Iraq time when computing your cents/mile?

I returned from driving in Iraq last year (KBR). I've been taking it
easy since I saved so much money. I wanted to change careers but
discovered my mind had atrophied and I couldn't pass a difficult
class. Anyways, now I have to go back to the only thing I know -
trucking. But I'm wondering if companies will count my Iraq driving
time as part of my years experience. I'm skeptical because I don't
think KBR reports to DAC and also since the driving and equipment in
Iraq don't have much relation to what is done in the States.
