NEWPORT - An act of forgiveness stirred strong emotions Wednesday in a
Campbell County Circuit Courtroom.



Question is, how is the court gonna enforce the home incarceration?
As the dickhead lives in virginia.
He could easily walk out of his house any time he wants and there is
not a damn thing the court can do about it.
So why not put him in jail in Kentucky?
But the year sentence will give him plenty of time to find another
career as trucking is now history for this ***.
