Ok Tony, so I'm getting ready to send something into the ARDC and I want
to
show an error that Judge Telleen made that was based on the Fraudulent
Deception of Duane Thompson.

First I repeat a statement from my Reply Brief of:
Appellee's Brief and Argument has failed to state correctly the decision
of
the Appellate Court in the above Mack case regarding the directed
verdict.
At 110 Ill.Dec. page 542 the court "REVERSES AND REMANDS" the case.

Then I state something that Judge Telleen stated regarding the
"Appellate
Court."
"And the Appellate Court knew that Mr. Thompson did not sneak anything
in
on
the Appellate Court, nor hide anything about that case" (page 17 line
13)

Image that, Duane Thompson had concealed the correct decision of the
Appellate Court and yet Judge Telleen states just the opposite! Geeze!
No
wonder why the courts are so messed up.

What makes that so funny is, even though I've had that quote from Judge
Telleen on my Slimefest website for a long time, I never paired it with
the
remark in my Reply Brief until today.

Cool huh? I thought so.

FYI, The term I plan to use to describe Judge Telleen's remark is "This
is
patently false." As a matter of fact, I can use that phrase in a few
locations where there is an outright error.
