Anyone know which states have laws about truck idling? A

Thanks,
Bill
Both NJ and NY have them. However, both also have exceptions. Idling
laws are enforced when you leave the truck idling for unnecessary
reasons with no one in the truck.
Again Richard your legal advice is wrong. Every state that has idle
restriction laws have exemptions. Some allow for the driver during rest
periods and some don't. NY does not and NJ will not either after 2010.
