Short of them determining that there was something wrong with the road
surface that caused the driver to lose control, it likely is driver
error.
Even if it is entirely the driver's fault, the company will be liable.

is the owner of the vehicle that its liable, and the driver is an agent

the company. Their insurance company must be shitting mini bricks.

They have to carrier a minimum of a million dollar bond. But I'm sure this
one accident will pull the company under. Just goes to show you training
pays off in the long run.

News today said driver had served time for heroin possession. TSA is
getting into the act wanting to know how this guy got hired to pull
hazmat. Looks like the compnay will have some serious questions to
answer.

What that means Dave, is you really should stop using this newsgroup to
