You need to forward each spam you see posted on usenet, with full headers.
Without the headers, it is harder for the ISPs to investigate spam
complaints. Every usenet client has a way to view full headers. In
outlook
express for example, you open the usenet post, then do a file, properties,
click details tab, then you can copy and paste the headers there, to add
to
the body of the usenet spam, before you forward it to the various

Or you can killfile or ignore him like we do with the others. Good luck in
getting him removed for use policy violations.
