No. I believe the overwhelming evidence suggests that if he is not
insane, he is a deeply disturbed and socially retarded idiot.

A more effective (but totally ineffective) "deal" might include that he
join another group and post there at least once each and every day for
a month (using one unique nym... a qualification that would only need
to be required of -him-).

I have $1000 that says he could not return here and direct us to that
group and nym and we not find that he has been branded an idiot k00k.
A very great number of groups are populated in majority by idiot k00ks,
and any of them would, to the last man, reject him well within that
month.

Another grand says he would explain in great detail that the member of
that group are entirely at fault, are k00ks, trolls, and masquerading
as legitimate posters.

A person who believes they know things they have absolutely no method
of learning, and believes that every thought they have is correct, and
every premise they might disagree with is incorrect, and that repeating
something enough times is enough to convince and/or is "proof", and
continues to use the same method thousands of times over when each time
before it has failed... ain't gonna be found an acceptable pen-pal...
by anybody.

That level of stupidity is unique.
