I can't believe it. It seems there is a design flaw in the speakers used3 out of 4 would tell me to look further into the system.
by Freightliner. 3 out of 4 of mine crackle. I've had Freightliners
before where just the rears would crackle but this time, it is the fronts
and just one of the rears that crackle.
Anybody know a good place to get replacement speakers?
TIA
If you make sure that the "BASS" is off, and you are not using the "TREB"
then the speakers might not crackle at all, but then there isn't any BASS
and there is too much TREBLE.
It is sort of like the radio has more power than the speakers can handle.
Don't worry, I wear ear plugs if I run it very loud.
BTW I have the a Torque Drive Set I need to replace the speakers and maybe I
can do something about them today yet. Sure would be a neat Christmas
present if my company would pay for them. ;-)
