Well that's actually a good thing, I think. If it was easy, everybody
would be doing it, there would be no jobs available and the pay would be

You'd be surprised how close that statement is. There's always someone
that's willing to take you job and for lower pay. The problem is there's
just about the same going out as coming in but each cycle the benefits get
less as does the pay.
