I know about workman's comp. for NC
you have a hard time getting the insurance company to not deny the
claim,

Hubby in Hospital as of today, this is the
third time he is in...

I don't undstand why NC has such strict
laws pertaining to the fact all truckers
have to have WC...then the insurance
company denies your claim, then you
have to get an attorney to help you to
get them going so they pay the bills,

We have been stuck payinng the bills,
hubby went back in to emergency
today....so I guess he will be in the
hospital for a week or so. for his third
surgery....
