As far as his hazmat question and answer game...I haul a great deal
of
hazmat. I am one of few in my co with a hazmat endorsement. I may

drive a tanker but I DO know the regs. I also know that anything
he
has posted regarding hazmat could be learned from a book or or on
the
internet. He desperate to con us into thinking he hauls hazmat. I,

one, don't believe anything he posts and I don't think anyone else
does

You're right and that has been his doing no one else's. Of course
he'll
blame everyone is picking on him. What he's said about driving tankers
was
enough to raise my radar to report him for being under trained. Of
course
he's too stupid to even know where to find that regulation. What
eventually
will happen if he is telling the truth is he'll have a spill or
something
that will bring the investigators either state or federal in and he'll
be
too stupid to even answer simple questions. Then he'll either be fired
or
fined or both. For that reason alone I can not believe a company would
take
such a risk. It's kinda of strange that all of a sudden he's a tanker
driver
a field that I retired from.

If he is, indeed, driving a tanker all I can say is it must be a really
third rate company that isn't big on training or safety. Probably with
shoddy equipment, didn't he have a couple of equipment violation
tickets already? If he's driving at all its probably a straight truck
hauling fuel oil.


Yep 2 safety regulations and 1 speeding ticket. Even loading fuel oil
he'd
be responsible to know the federal and state safety regulations which he
has
no clue. I've seen 1 company that might have looked at him but they went
out
of business when a driver of his mentally got stuck in the snow and
lightened his load by letting 1000 gallons of diesel run on the ground.
EPA
nailed them big time and the driver took off. I don't beleive him and why
would he have to hide behind 124 nymshifts since May 15? Yeh he's
creditable.

Ever notice when I have asked him to name one person who believes he
actually drives a truck and holds a CDL he can't do it, with the
possible exception of his mysterious friend "Shawn" who has disappeared
after that one post (which I think Rocky forged). I've asked him to
name one person who supports him and he can't. I've asked him to name
one person who likes him and wants him to stay on the group and he
can't. Why on earth does he stay somewhere where he is so despised?

Oh, well, if he can't recognize his own illness he'll never seek help,
and he refuses to admit he has serious problems. You'd think he'd stop
sometime and take a look at himself and ask himself why he has no
friends or a women in his life, or why he can't even make friends on
the internet.


I agree with you. It does seem really stupid that he plays his games. He's
never showed any prove like the rest of us have. If he did he would not have
been doubted. But he's got to play his stupid games. He got to come on here
and force his crap on all of us with stories like he's the greatest safety
driver around and he's got his picture in the paper and all the other crap
stories he's told. He was too stupid to grasped the concept of professional
driver compared to someone that just holds a wheel.

I really don't give a *** if he does or does not hold a CDL. Hell anyone
can get that. But can he go out and drive a truck on a professional level?
That answer has been answered many times by him and the answer is NO. He
came out of the gate rubbing people the wrong way. So he's got NOBODY to
blame but him. For all of his days that he's cried and sobed and couldn't
handle the pressure I say too bad.
