Puhleeeze... The goverment couldn't find its ass with both hands, but
they *can* find your financial and telephone records.
"Children" The site above is specific to "children." I can believe that
their lungs are more susceptible to any airborne particles even the ones you
can not see.
I don't think human beings become more resistant to disease as they
grow older, I think they become more susceptible. Kids are some tough
sumbitches.
Still, practically everything is poisonous in excess, you can drink
enough water to cause death. And the ill effects of practically every
"poisonous substance" are negligible or nonexistant in minute
quantities, nobody ever considers *that*. That would require firing up
the brain to perform some actual thought.

Me, I know if I'm a little under the weather and forced to breath someone
else's smoke, the next morning I'll have all the symptoms of a cold instead
of just a few.
Forced to breathe...?! Who forced you? Do you have pictures?
Your anecdotal evidence is irrelevant. You've been bombarded with
anti-smoking bull*** for so long your symtoms could be a placebo
effect. Nobody has ever forced you to breathe their smoke, that phrase
popped into your head because you've heard it repeated by the
anti-smoking zealots for so long you've begun to believe it yourself.
Not that I think that smoking isn't bad or that non-smoking areas
aren't a good idea. But the anti-smoking/drug crusade passed beyond
any sense or reason long ago.
I think this latest "finding" is purely politically related. Those
dipshits in DC are beginning to get the idea the the electorate is
finally "on" to them while they jack us all off with their flag burning
bull*** and other crap about which only an imbicile would be
concerned. People are becoming more accepting of homosexuals and pot
smokers, since almost everybody knows at least one of each.
Smoking is a cause politicians are sure they can get behind and have
the majority of people agree with them, now that they've convinced them
that cigarettes are the equivalent of pot in "Reefer Madness".
Mid-terms are around the corner and they're desperate to appear they're
accomplishing something other than making themselves and their cronies
more rich.
The coffee is well overcooked.
