"Don't smoke." On Tuesday of this week, the EPA posted *new* warnings about
"Secondhand smoke." You can see them yourself at:

I'm waitin' for the Surgeon General and the EPA to explain how, if
cigarette smoke is so deadly even in trace secondhand amounts, people
smoke for 50 years and exhibit no serious side effects.

I hope they'll include how they tie any illness to a particular source.

That of course will include how they determined that so many guys who
practically swam in Agent Orange suffered absolutely no ill effects
related to exposure. That so many of those guys contracted cancer...
that was just a... w a i t f o r i t... coincidence.

***, some idiot hit Post before I was done.

The government can't see any corelation for all the GI's who witnessed
nuclear bomb testing who coincidentally contracted illnesses related to
exposure to radioactive material.

They can't find any corelation for the workers at Area 51 who burned
and breathed toxic waste and fumes unprotected and started dropping
like flies a few years later.

But... they can find "proof" that the smallest amount of secondhand
cigarette smoke contributed to any respiratory illness even after that
person has been breathing air pollution for half a lifetime.

Puhleeeze... The goverment couldn't find its ass with both hands, but
they *can* find your financial and telephone records.

I feel so safe...
