$5 sounds like a reasonable rate. Commercial rate ranges from $25 to $35 or so for tractor; another $25-30 for trailer. For those rates, though, driver will expect a first class job. In the case of company drivers, most cannot wash whenever/wherever they wish. To get big fleet business, you will need to contact the home offices, and be willin' to give a tremendous discount.

Then of course you have the EPA to worry about-- you may be prohibited from dumping the wash water into the drains.
