So when you send me an email (that you know I will never read because I have told you I won't read them, because of your admitince of having a virus on your computer) and then you CC that private email that was sent to me them to mtt, would that be considered Publishing private correspondence?

I've never sent you anything.

* Sending viruses or trojan horses to a member's private mailbox.

From what I have read so far this morning, it looks like you might be doing that one...

* Signing the targeted member up for subscription or free services.

I don't waste my time with those childish games...

hahaha, my how quickly you forget how I got started in all of this... it was NOT unprovoked; and none of it contains a sexual overture.

Again, nope, never, didn't happen. I have absolutly NO affection for you at all (Publicly, privately, Explicit or implied).

* Attempting to solicit information about a target from other members.

I don't need to... you have been more than helpful is providing me all the information I ever needed to have about you.

* Repeated interactions with a member after they have firmly requested that you stop.

That's your department, not mine. Look at all the people that have asked you to stop posting to them, or sending email to them, and yet you persist. Ya know, instead of having you look, maybe I should have giganews look. I'll be sure to find the links of all the posts in which people have told you to stop posting to them, and of all the nymshifts you have done to get around their KF's, in an attempt to continue conversing with them.

* Public attempts to turn other members against the target.
The Rookie list page is for informational purposes only. Its only attempt is to inform others of the many nymshifts that you have used over the last 2 years (and it really needs updated, you've been doing that a lot lately).

* Explicit or implied threats of harm to the target or their loved ones.
I don't know anyone that has ever loved you. And if I did, I would never bother contacting them, or even talk about them
