I think you're right. CDL holders can no longer hide convictions on their
record through driving schools, Nolo contendre pleas, deferred adjudication
etc. The last ticket I got was in IN. They
sent me a form to request deferred adjudication(an extra $80), & stated if I
signed the form & returned it with my fine money it wouldn't go on my
driving record. I did, but a CDL holder can't do that. Only 4 wheelers & the
like.
