You're right about Las Vegas being no place to raise kids. That's why we
left. But Kingman?? They've got gangs there too. I guess if that's what you
like, hot hot hot and dusty. I would think more like Flagstaff or if you
really want a cool small town look at Williams AZ. AZ has income tax and NV
doesn't. But to me the better towns are up north NV. Kingman hasn't grown
much over the years so I would think you'd be able to find a house there
cheap. But Las Vegas has grown and has done so for 20 years so the cheap
houses are gone. We bought our house that was 2000sqft at a little over 120
and now they sell at 400. Plus the property taxes have quadrupled.

About the other. I've got no idea what you're talking about.

Say what you want about Christmas but Happy Holidays is a way to show
respect to all.
