I hear this guy on 19 about every time I go through west memphis !!!

All big cities have them on & off. Exit 4, off of 465 in Indy, used to have the "Candyman" always advertising on channel 19.

Years ago at that same exit there was Bud's truckstop, kinda' like Mr. Haney of Green Acres, you could find anything there.
