Very few vehicles are fitted with "fog" lights these days. Fog lights
are yellow, driving lights are white. Fog lights are directed low,
driving lights are ALWAYS aimed haphazardly since their sole function
is to make the driver seem "cool". New cars fresh from the factory
have these lights aimed for coon hunting more than anything.

Since dammn near everyone in the country is a dip*** these days they
think these lights *are* cool... so they all run out and buy a new car
so they can look like a dip*** too.

Kinda like tatoos and piercings today... everybody has to have one so
they can express their individuality. duh...
