Once when a group of us (soldiers) were going in a secure area we had to go through a ID check. As we were in line I turned to the person behind me and we switched IDs. We went through the line and had no problems. The problem was compounded by the fact the person I switched IDs with was black. I went to the person in charge and told them what wee had done. Originally I did as a joke, thinking the guard would catch it. When he didn't I had to report it and admit what we had done.

The 2 of us were verbally abused, which we deserved, and I suspect the guard received more than we did.

LOL! I could see the guard getting read the riot act, but the person in charge should have thanked you for the unscheduled test of the security measures. {:^)

I'm sure he heard it from us versus an inspector or such. <g> The only problem anyone had with us was that we took the procedure light enough that we tried that at all. Was hard to fuss at us too much though while he was clearing the egg from his face. lol...
