If I understand correctly, than you are saying that you train to make
yourself feel better and fill your need to be respected, to be obeyed, and
you do this by victimizing folks that just want to learn some job skills.

It would also seem to me that you really do not care what happens to them
after you cut them loose. Seems to me they would likely come to the
realization that they were not prepared for the job and in fact loose the
respect for you when they come to that realization.

What do you think?
