Seems to me it's a matter of style and taste... but that link didn't do
anything to change mine.

They can shave their butts for all I care...

MY main point is: persons forced to cut their hair are not "liberated".
Forcing someone to do so as a condition of employment is Draconian.

I fail to see what it accomplishes other than to make the person(s)
issuing the edict feel important and/or powerful. Of course anyone
requiring this type of obedience could only be seeking the "feeling" of
power. And only the weak (minded) would want that...
