I assume that the little tags in the photos are the results of the radar
reading plus the license plate character recognition. Take a look at the
three tags on the truck (second photo). One near the license plate, the
other two, who knows what it was picking up.
It looks like the OCR is pretty low quality. I anticipate quite a few
