$67 million is chump change, even for projects involving widening
roads and traffic calming.  If you're adding a lane to an existing
road, that can run about $5 million/mile not including R/W. That
amount could easily be eaten up by 3 or 4 projects. One traffic
calming project can easily cost over $1 million depending on what is
needed.
