Foothills Parkway on Google Maps

With the start of construction on another bridge on the missing link
section of TN's Foothills Parkway (for those unfamilliar, it's a road
just outside Tennesee's Great Smoky MOuntains national park. The road
is, IIRC, the United State's road project, being in various stages of
construction and planning for 70 years), I noticed today on Google
Maps, that not only do they show the Park Service owned land for the
completed section and "missing link" section, but also for the
proposed section. Has there been any movement forward towards
completeing this road, what with all the TARP money over the last year?
