So are you suggesting it is the responsibility of the government to tell a property owner what he can do with his property? Are you suggesting a government's desire to correct social inequities supersedes the property owners right to do with his own property as he wishes, within the bounds of zoning regulations?

And when the landlord can't charge enough rent because the people are too poor they can't afford to live there to pay for the cost of the utilities and upkeep on the property he should maybe just....abandon it? So that squatters and drug users take over the properties and they become haven for rats and assaults....
