Five calves died, one got away and was never caught.
Other trucks came in to move the remaining just under 30 calves away
from the accident site.
(Note: CR-2608 is signed at its south end by the Spring Chicken
restaurant on U-32 (hidden US-189) which is between that and I-80, but
I don't recall seeing any where it ends by I-80 just east of the
accident site).
I'm sure the local authorities are having quite a beef with that.
