Can somebody help me think of locations of two lane loop ramps from an
arterial road to a freeway. I can currently think of two in Memphis:

TN-385 and Ridgeway Road
I-55 and Elvis Presley Blvd>

There is one on the south side of Atlanta from I-75 northbound to I-285 WB.
This has a very high percentage of trucks because trucks are required to use
I-285 instead of going through Atlanta.

I suppose it doesn't meet your criteria, though, since It's freeway to
freeway instead of arterial to freeway.
