There's a street in downtown Tulsa called "Heavy Traffic Way." It
begins at I-244/US 75, and runs sorta parallel to it, so I assume it
was built when the IDL was built. Where did it get its strange name?
There are many trafficways in Kansas City but this is the only one in
the Tulsa area that I'm familiar with.
Any more stupid street names?
I once dated a girl who lived on "Old Dam Rd".
Which only sounds stupid when you say it.
They changed the name to Old Powerhouse Rd.
