Rush hour picture of I-5 in downtown Sacramento - upcoming closure

This photo best illustrates why the I-5 closure in Sacramento is a
pretty big deal. This is, simply put, one of the slowest stretches of
I-5 in California during rush hours.
This shot was taken on Tuesday.
