This is more drivelWay to contribute there, champ. While I applaud your relative silence
since our little dust-up, I note that every comment you HAVE made since
then has been more of the same crap; not one single road-related comment
since having the temerity to get in my grill over telling you to stfu.
So, in the interest of clarity: Jason, STFU. Bullis doesn't need you
to stick up for him, he has his own testosterone somewhere.
In 97 and 98 I battled assholes bigger than these in this group.
Slater is just a little prick with his diapers in need of a change.
Oooh I'm insulted. I'm so hurt. BTW, when'd you do yr military time oh,
manly one? Haven't answered that yet. A *man* answers the call of his
country. Did you?
Yes I served. Even if only for 86 days, I still served.
United States Army, Fort Jackson, 1970.
When the draft was in high gear I volunteered.
I was HONORABLY discharged because I did not meet certain medical
standards enforced AT THAT TIME! That's all the details you're gonna
get from me. So kindly shut your mouth.- Hide quoted text -

A volunteer at the time? <salute> Army? Hooah! As a vet of both
Desert Storm and OIF (Army National Guard 1984-2005 and mobilized for
those operations), thanks for offering to serve, especially at a time
in which military service meant that the general public was ready to
$#it in your breakfast. When in college, I had a neighbor who did end
up in 'Nam...when he would recall his experience, his demeanor changed
drastically. You appear fortunate to have avoided the mess.
CC also served...USN, IIRC. The old anecdote about the Navy was 4
years' service to see the world meant 3 in a submarine.
In the Army our best barbs were against the Air Force...calling it Air
Farce, calling the pockets Air Force gloves, etc.
