'Reason Foundation' urges overseas ownership of roads

In a guest editorial in the Phl Inqr, they tout the benefits of having
overseas corporations own toll roads.
While this foundation is aggressively pro-roads, IMHO it is more pro-
road _suppliers_ rather than the needs of everyday motorists. That
is, it wants things that benefit large corporations that supply
motorists.
They often submit guest editorials of various sorts to the
newspapers. IMHO they play fast and loose with the facts.
