Doesn't matter if you have your lights and sirens on, you are still breaking
the law if you are not driving safely.

And killing someone at 100 MPH after
having SLOWED DOWN from almost 130? If the officer wasn't going to be
prosecuted, there'd probably be a riot. And rightfully so, I believe.
So police should just completely give up on pursuing criminals?
