One wonders just how much of that "aggressive" behavior he complains

I don't know, personally. I do know that there are times to get pissed, and
times to hold back and/or find another(constructive) outlet for anger. Any
consequences for foolishness will come to rest at a person's door sooner or
later anyway, so I'm not going to worry myself over it
