I thought of that, but didn't take the time to look closely.

I just assumed it was Photoslopped. If it were real we would have heard
about it. Plus to get that close and be that far off and no one stop
the progress before then every engineer, inspector and construction
worker would have had to be an absolute moron.


IIRC it was an ad for AutoDesk products (makers of AutoCAD etal) that
appeared in trade publications (such as ASCE's "Civil Engineering"
magazine)
