I don't know what you call it, but I know that for my DOT, that's the
only place you can get it. And as anyone that has seen my video
logging topic, my DOT fiercely holds onto any and all information they
have, no matter how trivial. Do any U.S states have these online?

Done. A suggestion, particularly if you want to keep up your abrasive side. Proofread your stuff along with the stuff you're responding to (and double-check links). This ensures that, when you are being informative, you're not pulling a dumb-*** like this. Make sure that it is saying what you want it to say. Don't type and fire. Keeps the legitimate side up and doesn't let the monster side take over.
