do you guys have this at your local DOT?

I've found a goldmine, footage of every state-maintained road that we
have in my Australian state. And since we have a variety of
landscapes in a small area (about the size of w virginia), they're
easy to play. You just click the road on the map, select your
destination, and click play! I was going to pull the actual videos
off of the server, but they're 1,000 GIGABYTES. So, I've just been
screen-capping them every 10 metres or so - about 4,000 photos for 400
kilometres of roads. Funny enough, the pc with this amazing software
isn't allowed to be used because the network is "down" and the techies
don't come off of holidays for another 3 weeks - you know why the
network is down? The network cable is UNPLUGGED, and the folks there
are convinced that only the techies have the technical know-how to
plug it in! 3 weeks! This is roadgeek hell!

You guys got anything like this over there?
