This will date me a bit, but in the very early 1980s, a radio station in Chicago (I think it was WGN) had a fun bit on one of their Saturday morning shows where the host did a parody game show where three Islamonutcases competed for the rights to drive the 'Dump Truck to Paradise!'

"AMERICAN IMPERIALISM!"
