Standard in Rochester, NY. I think the switch is 1am to 6am.
What's the sequence of signals when the switch happens? Does it just change anywhere in the cycle or does it happen after a red phase?
The ones I've seen it's pretty much anywhere in the cycle. I've been sitting at red lights and had it suddenly change to blinking red or yellow.
