Well, I lied, I found I could enter a fractional framerate, and that's
slowed it down some. You're gonna have to be patient with me. this is all
command-line stoof, and I'm basically learning it as I go along. Basically,
I want something that's as much mine as possible, so I'm flying by the seat
of my pants.
