You don't, when you compare LRT system costs, built in urban areas in
existing corridors, with the cost of freeways with no overpasses, no
ROW issues or complicated urban ramp systems.
That was what we were discussing when we got a typical figure of $50M per
mile for the LRTs that have been built
My example is interesting because it was a single multimodal project
for which we are able to compare costs of development in identical
settings - because they were built within the same ROW envelope at the
same time.
But all you have done is lie. We have no way of trusting your input. You
credibility is long gone
