I think MA and NH truly hate each other. :-)

I was visiting my company's facility in central Mass. Some of the
employees were from NH. I mentioned my wife being from there. Ten
minutes later I was caught in the crossfire...

"You New Hampshirites don't pay taxes, but rely on Massachusetts for

"I don't live in your tax hell state, but I still have to pay your insane
income tax because I work here."

That's why New Hampshirites call it "Tax-a-chusetts".

I was born in Concord N.H. and lived in the state up through age 11
before moving to Atlanta and have visited every summer since and there
is in fact an intense dislike for Mass-Holes on the N.H. side. I have
relatives in both states and when we all got together there always
would be some disagreement/discussion between the residents of either
state usually regarding driving habits, manners and taxes. At least we
ALL love the Red Sox & Patriots together :)
