Well, here in australia, headsets aren't illegal to use, but I've had
a bad experience with a bus driver. This is her workplace, she's
making social calls while she's working, drives straight past people
at stops, pays no attention to the road (my head has hit the front
glass panel once!) - it angries up the blood. It's worse than looking
at porn at work, this woman is responsible for the lives of her
passengers, and she'd rather hear all the latest gossip than do the
job she's being paid to do!
Then you should report her to her employer.
