Apparently, the highway is so 'new' that there are warnings to NOT
stop on the highway, turn around if you miss your exit, etc.

From the maps on that, apparently the highway will extend further west
and north along the west shore, and there will be a new north-south
highway through the center. No Kingston bypass?
