So which movements are closed? I'm going to be coming into San
Francisco from the east in June and heading for Lombard St. I've been
across on I-80 before, so maybe this will give me a good excuse to my
traveling companions (who are not roadgeeks) to take a little more
out-of-the-way approach, perhaps I-238? That would be a fair
trade-off to not seeing the Bay Bridge construction firsthand and
possibly even missing the Carquinez Strait bridge (which I missed by
two weeks in 2005).

According to an article I read, the ramp FROM the Bay Bridge (I-80 EB) to EB I-580 collapsed onto the ramp from I-80 WB to I-880 SB
