This is at least the third incident I'm aware of where structures
collapsed as a result of tanker fires on or underneath them. The one
in DC, this one and one on I-40 in NC a few years ago. Can anyone
think of any others?
ISTR one on the New York State Thruway near NYC about 10 years or so ago.
