Front page article in Omaha World Herald about feasibility of Interstate loop

Just a couple comments. it says it would alter the landscape of 5
counties, but it's actually 6 if the one proposal were to happen, as
Mills County in Iowa would also be affected. Second, I see anything
south of the Platte River as a mistake, because everything generally
goes towards Omaha and they would have to build extra bridges across
the Platte to access it. Then again, I can't see that far into the
future, either.
