A couple of quick questions.

Arizona has recently switched from the official "legal" black on
white signs for "Reduced Speed Ahead" to the diamond-shaped
yellow/orange "warning" sign. I imagine that this is because drivers
are more likely to notice a yellow/orange sign than the black on
white sign. Is this a change that is occurring nation wide? If not,
are there other states that do this?

There are some of these signs near the toll booths on the Muskogee Turnpike
in Oklahoma.

TX has these also now. The ones I've seen aren't as readable as the
MO link, unfortunately. The font on the ones here is squeezed for
some reason. I like the idea, though--at least you know in advance
WHAT the reduced speed will be instead of being surprised.
