Vegas Traffic

Just out of curiosity guys, for those who have lived or spent
extensive time in Las Vegas, where are the really bad traffic snarls?
I've only really been on I-15 through there on a weekday and it was
kinda bad. The times I was on I-215 and I-515 was a Saturday
afternoon so I couldn't really gauge the congestion. I know the
junction between I-15 and I-515 is reputably bad. Other highways?
Specific times? Surface streets? I might be moving there and would
like to know where a reasonably quick commute to the strip is
possible. Thanks in advance.
